Your Authorization Before Doing any Repairs. Every time we repair
your vehicle, we test it out to insure your total satisfaction with the service
performed.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
On your first visit, we will ask you to fill up an information form about you and
your vehicle(s) so we can maintain a history file on your vehicle(s) in our
database to keep track of every repair performed as well as outstanding
repairs from that point forward. Then we ask for your permission to perform
a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper Vehicle Inspection so we can discuss
with you exactly what repairs and maintenance are required to put your
vehicle(s) in top shape. You can then decide what you want to have
repaired and when.
SERVICE/MAINTENANCE REMINDERS
We let you know when it’s time for your regular scheduled service
maintenance and/or Recommended Service Intervals based on the
information in your Vehicle(s) file.
We periodically follow up with the following reminders:
- Oil Changes and Texas State Vehicle Emissions & Inspections Due
- Repair Work or Maintenance Needed
- Scheduled Service Maintenance Due
- We Will Send You Your Reminders by your Choice of Mail, Phone, or
e-mail.
VEHICLE REPAIR AND SERVICE HISTORY
A complete Vehicle(s) History Report summarizing all repair and
maintenance items performed on your vehicle(s), in addition to date,
mileage and associated charges is always available upon customer request.
